A. How do I transfer funds via Scotia mobile banking?

In order to transfer funds to another Scotiabank customer via Scotia Mobile Banking, please login to your Scotia Mobile Banking account, and then:

1. Click on ‘Funds Transfer’
2. Click on the account you would like to transfer funds from
3. Click on the ‘Third Party Transfer’ link listed under the accounts in the ‘Transfer to’
4. Select the recipient, if has not been added yet, then select ‘Add Recipient.’
5. Enter the transfer amount
6. Click ‘Continue,’ and review the details
7. Click ‘Confirm’

B. How do I transfer funds via NCB Online Banking?

Simply log on to NCB Online Banking and select Transactions.

1.  You will need to add Beneficiary by selecting Manage Beneficiary
2.  Click on Transfer Funds then "Other Bank Transfer’ for local institution transfers
