Refund policy
If a wrong item is shipped, or if produce arrive spoiled or damaged upon delivery, items will be replaced, or the full purchase price will be refunded via bank transfer within 30 days of purchase. All shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt in the presence of your Ripe by Nature delivery representative, so that damaged, spoiled or missing items may be quickly replaced, or a refund made. An invoice or other documentation be provided to verify your purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Produce are harvested and gathered fresh when an order is made. Orders cannot be edited after checkout, and produce cannot be returned if the wrong items, sizes or quantities were purchased.
Refunds
If a wrong item is shipped, or if produce arrive spoiled or damaged upon delivery, items can be replaced. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.
