Shipping policy

Your total shipping charges are based on the delivery methods selected, the subtotal of your order and any applicable surcharges. Please note that shipping charges are calculated on an order's subtotal before any discounts or reductions are taken. Standard shipping cost for Kingston is $700.00, Rural St. Andrew Shipping cost is $850.00 and the shipping cost for Portmore is J$1,150.00. Orders received by Wednesday at 4:00PM will be delivered by 7:59 PM on Thursday or 4:29PM on Friday of the same week. Orders placed after 4:00PM on Wednesday, will be delivered the following week. When an order is placed, the order immediately begins processing. In order to meet our estimated shipping dates, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted. 

ORDER AND DELIVERY PROCESS

Step 1: Search for items in our website

Step 2: Place order through our website and make payment via bank transfer, or cash on delivery option to make payment upon delivery.

Step 3: Order is received, processed, harvested, packaged.

Step 4: Order is shipped to your location or transported to pickup location.

We deliver every Thursday and Friday. Please place orders before Wednesday at 4:00pm. Orders placed after Wednesday evening will be delivered on Thursday of the following week.
